Your photos, handled plainly
Moonroom is an AI photo studio run by Mehyar Soft LLC. This page covers how Moonroom itself handles your photos and order data. It sits under our company-wide Privacy Policy, which covers everything else (contact forms, email, your rights); where the two overlap on Moonroom photos, this page is the specific one.
What we collect
- Photos you upload — the selfie or product photo you send to the studio, plus a mask image if you use object removal.
- Portraits we generate for you — the previews and pack images the studio creates from your photo.
- Order details — your checkout email, which pack you bought, and your purchase token (the key that opens your gallery). Payment itself is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- A free-tier counter — a per-device/network count of free previews, so the 3 free previews per visitor stay fair.
- Your consent record — when you agree to the photo terms in the studio chat, we record that you agreed, and when, on the generation job itself.
How your photo is used
Your uploaded photo is processed by AI image models to create your portraits — that processing is the service you asked for, and it is the only thing your photo is used for. Your photo is never used to train models, never sold, and never shared for marketing. Before any photo is processed, the studio asks for your agreement in the chat and will not run a generation without it.
Who processes your photo — and what we don't do
Moonroom runs on Cloudflare. When you generate, your uploaded photo (and a mask image, for object removal) is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI image models on Cloudflare's network, which return the generated portraits; your photos and order data are stored in Cloudflare's storage and database services. No other company processes your photo, and Moonroom adds no other processors of its own.
We do not create biometric identifiers. Moonroom does not extract, build, or store facial-recognition templates, face maps, or any measurement of your facial geometry. Your photo goes to the image models as a picture and comes back as portraits — nothing about your face is measured or kept as a template, by us or for us.
How long things are kept — the 30-day rule
- Uploaded photos are deleted 30 days after upload. That window exists so we can finish your pack and re-run it free if a generation fails, as our support remedy promises.
- Free previews are deleted 30 days after they are created.
- Portraits you buy are kept in your gallery — they are the product you paid for — until you ask us to delete them.
- Order records (pack, email, token) are kept while your gallery exists, so your access keeps working and support can find your order.
You never have to wait for the 30 days: you can delete everything at any time — see below.
Your part: own photo, 18+
By uploading, you confirm the photo is of you — or that you have the person's permission to use it — and that you are 18 or older. Moonroom is an adult service, and portraits of other people without their permission are not allowed.
Delete your data
Three ways, any time: the Account page can wipe what's stored on your device and start a deletion request; the company data-deletion page takes requests for full server-side deletion; or email [email protected] from your checkout email. Deletion removes your uploaded photos, generated images, and order data. Self-serve deletion is immediate; requests sent by email are completed — and confirmed back to you — within 14 days.
Measuring the site
Our analytics and advertising tags (Google, Meta, TikTok) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner — declining keeps them off. A separate anonymous audience counter, served and collected by mayor.mehyar.us, measures visits in aggregate without identifying you.
